Fenix Outdoor AB intends to recruit highly skilled and eager young professionals for the 2013 Management Trainee Program.
The Fenix Outdoor Trainee program offers a chance for top young graduates without or with limited work experience to grow both personally and professionally to become one of the leaders in the outdoor business. This challenging trainee program combines practical work in a variety of fields with theoretical sections during a period of 18 months where the world will be your working place. Our next program will start in October 2013 and the application period is from August 5st to September 2nd by closure of the day.
Two trainee positions
We are searching for a trainee candidate for our finance section (Reference: FIN-FX-GR-13) as central controller within the Fenix group. A master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting and finance is a must. Fluency in English and preferably in another main corporate language (German, Swedish, or Chinese) is an asset. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, interests in understanding and supporting the operating business and be flexible regarding regional placements. We are looking for you who see yourself as a leader in the future.
We are also looking for a trainee who aims to become one of tomorrow’s leaders within our brands and retail business (Reference: GEN-FX-13). To apply for this position we are looking for candidates holding as a minimum a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics or another relevant field.

All applicants should have strong academic qualifications and be fluent in English and one other language. German, Spanish or Chinese will be an asset. We expect passion, the willingness to work hard to progress the career, flexibility regarding regional placements, a quick learner and self-starter and a team-player with leadership skills.
